Annual Vision and Hearing screenings will be conducted for Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th grade students. All new to district students will also be screened.

Medication at school requires completed authorization forms by a licensed physician and parent signature. 

 

 

 

Vision, hearing, AN, and spinal screenings are required by Texas public schools.
