All LHISD health forms have been updated for the upcoming school year.
Vision & Hearing Screenings Begin September
Annual Vision and Hearing screenings will be conducted for Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th grade students. All new to district students will also be screened.
Substitute Nurse Applications Now Open
Applications for substitute nurses are now being accepted for the 2026-2027 school year.
