Liberty Hill ISD participates in the School Breakfast Program and the National School Lunch Program, offering nutritious, USDA-compliant meals designed to support student learning and well-being. Balanced breakfast and lunch options are available at all campuses.

USDA Guidelines & Compliance

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online on their webpage, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:

  • Liberty Hill ISD leverages Skyward Family Access for food balances. Skyward Family Access allows you to:

    • View daily purchases;
    • See current food service balance;
    • Select an option to receive an email reminder when a meal account balance has dropped below a set amount*;
    • Deposit funds via credit/debit card or checking account via the RevTrack website;
    • Submit a free/reduced meal application;
    • Set limits for your student's ala carte/snack purchases.

     

    Please note that LHISD cafeterias only accept cash or checks.

    (*) Low and negative balances will be emailed weekly.

  • Application: Please submit your free/reduced meal application via Skyward Family Access:

    • Make sure your student's name is selected
    • Click on “Food Service”
    • Select Applications/Add Application
      • Only one application per family is needed

     

    30 Day Grace Period:  If your student qualified for free/reduced meals last school year, they will continue to be free/reduced for the first 30 school days of the current school year.  A new application is required each school year.
