Liberty Hill, Texas – The Liberty Hill ISD Board of Trustees congratulates Superintendent Steven Snell on his appointment as the new county judge for Williamson County, Texas. Mr. Snell has been an integral part of Liberty Hill ISD for the past six-and-a-half years, leading with dedication, integrity, and an unwavering focus on student success. His leadership has been instrumental in fostering strong relationships within our community and ensuring that every decision made was in the best interest of our students and families.
“Steven Snell has been a tremendous leader for Liberty Hill ISD, always keeping students at the heart of every decision,” said LHISD Board President Megan Parsons. “His ability to build relationships, listen to our community, and lead with vision, honesty and sincerity has left a lasting impact on our district. While we will certainly miss his leadership, we are excited to see the great things he will accomplish for Williamson County in his new role.”
As Liberty Hill ISD prepares for this transition, the Board of Trustees will meet in April to discuss next steps, including the timeline and process for selecting a new superintendent. The Board is committed to ensuring a smooth transition as they find a leader who will continue the district’s tradition of excellence. Additional details regarding the superintendent search will be shared in the coming weeks.
