Liberty Hill Independent School District is a 5A public school district located in Liberty Hill, a rural community in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, 30 miles northwest of Austin. The 100 square miles of the school district is located entirely within western Williamson County, one of the fastest-growing counties in the state as well as the nation.
Our teachers educate and support more than 4,900 students, pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. Administration, faculty, and staff are committed to excellence in all programs to improve student outcomes and enhance the school experience for all students.
Every organization projects an image - a special identity that is shaped by its activities and by its media and public communications. The guidelines presented here describe the visual elements that represent Liberty Hill ISD. This includes our name, logo, and other elements such as color, type, and graphics. These elements are valuable district assets. This approach is essential to establishing a strong brand presence that also helps differentiate us from other schools and creates a visual environment that generates excitement, promotes student engagement, and boosts school spirit.
The purpose of this guide is to ensure that all communications from Liberty Hill ISD are presented in an attractive and consistent manner. This includes flyers, reports, presentations, webpages, merchandise, signage, and formal letters. This is important because the appearance of our work says a great deal about us as an organization. It’s also a way to create a cohesive message and style across all of our campuses and departments.
Usage of official district logos must be consistent in communications and the following guidelines must be used. This guide cannot anticipate every possible situation, nor can it spell out every instance when an application may be deemed inappropriate. For guidance, contact the Liberty Hill ISD Department of Communications.
The logos available in this branding guide may be used for all internal and external materials and communications. These logo standards provide a framework for sending a consistent message of who we are. Every staff member is responsible for protecting the district’s interests by preventing unauthorized or incorrect use of the Liberty Hill ISD name and logo.
The Liberty Hill ISD Department of Communications is responsible for developing and implementing the district branding and style guidelines, but our role goes beyond promoting the proper use of our district elements. We are happy to help you ensure that your communications meet the highest standards set by our district by offering guidance and advice to consistently reinforce the district’s image and reputation to our community.
