PreK verification for the 2023-24 school year is now open! Please fill out the eligibility document listed on our website to determine if you meet the qualifications. PreK will be offered at all six of our elementary schools this coming school year. Those approved for dual language enrollment will attend Liberty Hill Elementary School. 

Qualifications include: 

• The child is four years of age on or before September 1, 2023, 

• The family is eligible to participate in the national free or reduced-price lunch program,

• A language other than English is primarily spoken in the home (A proficiency test will be given to the student by an appropriate PreK staff member to determine eligibility.),

• If the child is in foster care,

• If the child is considered homeless,

• If they qualify as a military child or,

• If their parent or guardian is eligible for the Star of Texas Award.

Registration begins in May, but you can qualify now. We encourage early verification/registration for all eligible students.
